DELMAR SUBS: Disclosure Statement Hearing Via Zoom July 8

Judge David E. Rice ordered Delmar Subs, Inc., to file an Amended Disclosure Statement on or before June 1, 2020.

Any objection to the Debtor’s Amended Disclosure Statement will be filed on or before June 15, 2020.

That a hearing via Zoom conferencing will be held on the debtor’s Amended Disclosure Statement on July 8, 2020, at 11:00 a.m..
