Cedarview Opportunities Master Fund, LP, as a holder of 1.25% convertible senior notes due 2020 issued by Whiting Petroleum Corporation and its Affiliated Debtors, joins in the Objection of Delaware Trust Company to the Motion for entry of an Order Approving the Adequacy of the Disclosure Statement filed by Debtors.
Cedarview agrees with and joins in the arguments set forth in the Convertible Notes Trustee’s Objection. Cedarview incorporates by reference the Convertible Notes Trustee’s Objection and adopts the arguments. Cedarview respectfully requests that the Court deny the Disclosure Statement Motion absent significant changes thereto, as more fully set forth in the Convertible Notes Trustee’s Objection, and grant Cedarview such other and further relief as the Court may deem just, proper, and equitable.
